Returns

  • Due to the nature of our products (personal-use fragrances), returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.
  • Only if it is reported within 24 hours of receipt of parcel and on providing a 360 degree unedited full video of opening the parcel showing the address details and defect in good lighting.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are incorrect or damaged. In such cases, you can request an exchange for the same item.
